Building and maintaining a suite of internal web systems for an FTTH-based internet service provider. I handle the full scope of development across multiple business functions — including customer data management, sales and finance reporting, technician workflow tracking (IKR), and payment gateway integration for billing and transactions. Each module is designed to support day-to-day operations across teams, with a focus on reliability, structured data handling, and workflows that actually match how the business runs on the ground.

Responsible for translating stakeholder requirements into clear, structured system designs — covering ERD, DFD, use cases, and sequence diagrams. I work closely with development teams to ensure implementation stays aligned with the intended design, conduct workflow validation prior to development, and maintain thorough technical documentation. I also support API integration planning, functional testing, and system onboarding by producing technical guides for internal users.

Completed the Cloud Computing learning path of Bangkit Academy 2024 Batch 2 — a Google-led program. Learned cloud infrastructure fundamentals on Google Cloud (compute, storage, databases, networking), containerization with Docker, and how to design, deploy and monitor scalable backend services.

Handled end-to-end development across frontend and backend — building responsive interfaces, implementing RESTful APIs, and managing databases for secure, efficient data handling. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into working products, integrated third-party services, and contributed to deployment and system architecture decisions. The focus has always been on building things that scale and hold up in production.
